15mm WW2 Italians !
Following on from the Giro d' Italia ... I thought I should add some Italians to the collection, from both then and now.
Here are the 20th Century Italians anyway, painted up for the earlier campaign in Greece.
All figures by Battlefront.
I guess they are some sort of elite unit, having the brass eagle crest on the helmet.
I have of course some matching Greek soldiers from the same theatre of ops - will post those up soon when I get some more blogging time.
